Let's start at the beginning, we had bought an 3G/4G mobile router and it needed a better connection so i moved all connections to the attic where the connection was about 2-3/5 bars good but not great, it's an old house so re-routing some cat5e cables was easy. I added an external antenna to the router and pointed it directly at the 4G tower which now gave me 5/5 which is the best connection you can have.
Everything was laying on the ground with no airflow and all the wires everywhere, so i created from some wood i had laying around a little cabinet to store everything. It had the main router which is only used for internet, the secondary router which manages everything and has gigabit, a gigabit switch to have enough connections, my own dns server (Pi-Hole) which is now running on the server, xigmanas which now is freenas on the server, UPS with a 80Ah battery which is now a big 48V UPS with a custom battery, door with fans to keep everything happy since it can sometimes get quite hot.
After i had bought the server i added a filter screen in front of the fans so there would be less dust, before you could notice the dust on the devices inside.
And with fewer devices inside i can now store cables and tools inside the cabinet too, this was a cheap solution wich still does the job maybe in the future there will be a real server rack and some more servers but for now this will do.
